What you will do

• Own customers' technical issues from first contact through to resolution.
• Analyze product usage data, monitoring, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Propose practical technical solutions and best practices based on customer business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to solve complex technical problems and incidents.
• Reduce recurring issues by improving documentation, tooling, and product configuration.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in technical support, solution engineering, or QA.
• Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.
• Ability to analyze requests, responses, and logs to identify root causes.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.
• Comfortable communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Brno, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, or Docker.
• Knowledge of Node.js.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and public blockchain networks.
• Experience with WebSockets, gRPC, or other real-time communication protocols.
