What you will do

• Ensure operational excellence in compliance areas while aligning with BaFin regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on product governance, conflict of interest, and conduct risk.

• Oversee the financial promotions review process to ensure regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Manage regulatory interactions and build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a compliance-focused role.
• Proven track record within a MiFID-regulated firm.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of BaFin regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working in international environments and coordinating across time zones.
