Lead Assessor (Social Auditing)

Location: Germany, remote with frequent travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

What you will do

• Conduct social compliance audits according to hirify.global methodologies and client standards.
• Carry out worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations.
• Review contracts, policies, HR records, wages, and working hours for compliance.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines.
• Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams.
• Maintain client relationships and uphold professional audit standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles.
• Fluent German and strong English required.
• APSCA qualification preferred; completion of one or two of the three APSCA exams is required, with support available for the remaining qualifications.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
