Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Offices located in Limassol, Paphos, and Tbilisi.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through handover to product teams.
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps in Jira Plans, managing dependencies and timelines.
• Drive risks and blockers to resolution while ensuring transparent status reporting.
• Coordinate teams during discovery to shape requirements and clear blockers.
• Facilitate kick-offs, planning sessions, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned.
• Ensure all user stories are released and technical debt is addressed before project closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in product-focused IT companies.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with 3+ teams.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, including epics, dependencies, and Jira Plans.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and SDLC.
• Ability to drive results without formal authority in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills effective with engineers, product managers, and C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a PMO or program management function.
• Background managing projects with hard deadlines or external dependencies.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product.
