What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact and advisor for complex customer inquiries regarding the hirify.global platform.
• Lead the resolution of advanced technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, integrations, and product defects.
• Develop deep expertise in Marketing APIs (Meta, Snapchat, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) to solve sophisticated customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during Alpha and Beta programs to validate features and provide feedback.
• Analyze and document recurring technical patterns to advocate for long-term product improvements.
• Mentor peers and enhance internal and external documentation to improve support scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical support experience, preferably within AdTech or SaaS ecosystems.
• Solid working knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL for debugging integrations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and architectures, including databases and distributed systems.
• Advanced analytical skills for log analysis and root-cause identification.
• Must be located in the Philippines.
• Availability to work according to EMEA time zones.
