What you will do

• Build and maintain Android features for multiple hirify.global brands.
• Design and implement clean, testable Kotlin code, including structured APIs and data models.
• Contribute to system and low-level design for mobile components and backend integrations.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve performance and stability issues using data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features with high test coverage and CI/CD practices.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing Android applications.
• Professional experience with Kotlin and shipping features to production.
• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals: Lifecycle, Compose, Navigation, and Threading.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).

Nice to have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose for building scalable UIs.
• Knowledge of MVVM or MVI architectures and clear module boundaries.
• Experience with GraphQL API contracts and system design for feature areas.
• Proven track record of improving reliability and observability using metrics and logging.
