What you will do

• Identify and scope operational bottlenecks to build tools that resolve them.
• Develop and maintain production AI systems, including RAG pipelines and conversational interfaces.
• Implement workflow automation using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom Python.
• Collaborate across organization teams to gather requirements and secure data access.
• Define and track performance metrics to measure the impact of implemented tools.
• Conduct workshops and training for non-technical teams to ensure tool adoption.

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped projects, public demos, or a GitHub profile.
• Proven experience moving fast with LLMs and coordinating coding agents.
• Production-level instincts regarding error handling, evals, and observability.
• Process-driven mindset with a habit of documenting SOPs and checklists.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience shipping tools used by actual users.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts.
