TL;DR
Talent Development Consultant (HR/L&D): Partnering with leaders and HR to deliver learning solutions and manage development projects with an accent on adult learning design and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on facilitating training workshops, managing project timelines, and driving a culture of continuous growth within the organization.
Location: Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila (Hybrid). Must be able to work 9 p.m.–6 a.m. Philippine time.

What you will do
- Plan and implement talent development projects aligned with organizational priorities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and facilitated discussions.
- Manage project plans, timelines, communications, and training materials.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to reinforce learning and skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in facilitating training workshops and designing adult learning programs.
- Fluency in English required.
- Must be available to work 9 p.m.–6 a.m. Philippine time.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Professional certification in Training, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide talent development initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Proficiency in creating polished training documentation using PowerPoint.
