What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of features from concept through delivery.
• Balance user experience, technical quality, and long-term maintainability in engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to transform ambiguous problems into well-designed solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce technical complexity and simplify systems.
• Drive improvements to engineering practices, tooling, and the overall developer experience.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering effectiveness and quality.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, state management, and modern build tooling.
• Experience with testing frameworks and strong engineering fundamentals.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to take full ownership of meaningful work throughout the product lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience building shared UI component libraries or design systems.
• Experience working in cybersecurity, OT, or ICS environments.
• Experience designing or integrating with backend APIs and distributed systems.
• History of driving technical initiatives or influencing engineering practices across teams.
