What you will do

• Scale the Meta growth engine while maintaining unit economics and testing new channels like TikTok, YouTube, and App Store Search.
• Identify and resolve growth bottlenecks, including creative fatigue, rising CPMs, and funnel drop-offs.
• Own the entire acquisition funnel from the first ad impression to paid subscription, optimizing quiz flows and landing pages.
• Monitor and improve key growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, payback period, and LTV.
• Drive creative strategy and testing velocity to produce high-performing hooks and formats.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, shaping the structure and hiring as the business scales.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience scaling consumer subscription products through high-growth stages.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing substantial Meta budgets.
• Success in launching and scaling new acquisition channels beyond Meta.
• Ability to optimize the full conversion journey from impression to paid subscriber.
• Strong analytical grasp of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and cohort performance.
• Must be based in Spain.
