What you will do

• Advocate for a sound risk management culture and engage stakeholders within Sweden to ensure inter-departmental collaboration.
• Develop tools and procedures for operational risk management, specifically focusing on ICT and Third-party risk.
• Collaborate with local management and senior specialists to design an effective control environment.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide operational risk and control assessments, including specific ICT and Third Party risk evaluations.
• Coordinate and challenge risk assessments for new products, services, organizational units, and significant changes.
• Oversee compliance with operational risk policies and ensure adherence to local and global regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a 2nd line Risk Management or Control Function role.
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000.
• Knowledge of DORA, including incident and third-party risk management.
• Experience working within strongly regulated institutions and industries.
• Ability to present and influence decision-making with executive audiences.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in payments and/or banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Industry certifications such as CRMA, CRISC, or CISA.
• Experience with GRC tools or analytics/automation tooling (Power BI, Power Apps).
