What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain features for the ETO platform to ensure solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and core application components.
• Create and optimize SQL scripts to support product functionality, customer implementations, and data updates.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success teams to translate feedback into scalable technical solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to improve system reliability and product quality.
• Participate in code reviews, functional testing, and Agile release activities using Scrum or Kanban.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing or consuming REST APIs and modern web application architectures.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience supporting or enhancing enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
