UI/UX Software Engineer (AI-Specialty)

TL;DR

UI/UX Software Engineer (AI-Specialty): Designing and implementing UI/UX features for mission-critical Battle Management and Command & Control capabilities with an accent on integrating AI-assisted design tools into a frontend development workflow. Focus on decomposing roadmap features into actionable work items, building and testing UI features, and collaborating on architecture and cross-functional requirements in an agile scrum environment.

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (and/or Colorado Springs, CO preferred); part-time remote telework with a designated hirify.global facility

What you will do

• Decompose roadmap features into actionable work items for agile scrum delivery
• Design, implement, and integrate/test UI/UX software features
• Perform peer reviews and debug issues as they arise
• Participate in technical discussions to define and solve software architecture needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to understand project requirements and stakeholder needs

Requirements

• Experience with UI/UX design and iteration process/tools (Figma, MockFlow, UXPin, Axure)
• Experience using AI tools within the UI/UX design process (Figma AI, UX Pilot, Google Stitch)
• Frontend framework experience using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Familiarity with Docker and REST APIs
• Experience across the full SDLC; 3+ years of relevant experience (advanced degree may substitute for 2 years)
• US citizenship required due to a Secret government security clearance requirement
