What you will do

• Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans and construction drawings for permit.
• Create architectural renderings and maintain design standards across multiple properties.
• Convert existing floor plans into working CAD documents.
• Oversee project budgeting, contractor negotiations, and construction timelines.
• Process construction invoices, purchase requests, and orders with high accuracy.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and website design updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Registered Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
• 7-10 years of full-time work experience.
• Proven experience working for a U.S.-based construction, architectural, or real estate company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
