What you will do

• Partner with Lead to Cash stakeholders to optimize end-to-end process performance and quality.
• Maintain a comprehensive application inventory and architecture model for 300+ tools and $35M+ in annual spend.
• Define and execute a target-state architecture roadmap focused on process improvement and cost reduction.
• Establish an application governance model to enforce intake, approval, and lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to negotiate contracts, consolidate vendors, and manage technology budgets.
• Identify and implement agentic AI and automation use cases to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing large application portfolios with $20M+ annual spend.
• Deep expertise in Lead to Cash systems, including CRM, CPQ, and billing integrations.
• Proven track record in enterprise application rationalization and digital transformation.
• Experience with agentic AI, RPA, or intelligent automation implementation.
