What you will do

• Lead creative vision, strategy, and execution for complex initiatives from concept to validated prototype.
• Synthesize behavioral data and industry signals to design innovative end-to-end user experiences.
• Translate ambiguous concepts into wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to move rapidly from hypothesis to learning.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and lightweight code to test feasibility and de-risk new directions.
• Drive design reviews and influence senior leadership with a clear, data-backed point of view.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end craft.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep fluency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
• Proven track record of shipping products and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience designing for AI-powered or SaaS products on web and mobile.

Nice to have

• Experience designing 0→1 products in incubation or R&D environments.
• Fluency in lightweight front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) for prototyping.
• Experience designing agentic or generative AI experiences with novel interaction patterns.
• Background working across multiple industries or business models.
