Salary: $75,000–$104,000

What you will do

• Administer, operate, and maintain Windows systems and mission networks.
• Perform real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of system and network issues.
• Configure user accounts, access controls, and group policies in compliance with DoD directives.
• Install and maintain servers, routers, switches, and Type 1 encryption devices.
• Implement cybersecurity standards including DISA STIGs, IAVAs, and patch management.
• Participate in shift turnover briefings to ensure 24/7 mission continuity.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph within 60 days.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in classified IT services and networking.
• Must meet DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA).
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems and virtualization.
• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule (4 days on/4 days off).
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards and STIG compliance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper routing and switching.
• Experience with Type 1 cryptographic devices (KG-series).
• Higher-level certifications such as CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security.
• Previous experience in intelligence community or DoD mission environments.
