Engineering Services Lead (IT Services)

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing portfolio of client accounts across Healthcare and Consumer industries from strategy through execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project portfolio delivery end to end, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
• Lead talent acquisition, team composition, and capacity planning to meet delivery commitments.
• Contribute to pre-sales and business development as an industry subject-matter expert.
• Shape proposals and innovative technical solutions for clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences and Consumer domains.
• Understanding of product management and engineering processes.
• Experience managing large budgets.
• Ability to work in an in-person collaboration model based in Prague.
