What you will do

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on networked medical devices.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement device security protocols.
• Install, calibrate, and configure medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage software repairs, updates, and patches to ensure system compatibility.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.
• Provide technical support and training to medical staff on equipment operation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
• Associate degree or higher in applied science or equivalent military training.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital/healthcare experience in medical equipment maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in medical information systems and networking.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, HL7, DICOM, VLAN configuration, and network security.
