What you will do

• Source and qualify new sports partners across ISVs, IBs, and third-party app ecosystems.
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement and commercial negotiation.
• Manage active sports channel relationships, including governance and performance reporting.
• Build outreach frameworks and partnership playbooks to scale the sports vertical.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful partner integrations.
• Represent the company at industry events to cultivate high-level relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to work from our NYC office
• Proven BD or partnerships experience within the sports industry, including leagues, teams, or data providers.
• Track record of managing the full deal cycle independently from sourcing to close.
• Existing warm network in the sports tech or data ecosystem.
• Experience closing deals with ISVs, IBs, or third-party distribution partners with measurable results.
• Strong commercial instincts regarding deal economics and contract drafting.
