Salary: $95,000 – $105,000.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and product recommendations.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Identify and implement improvements to product operations and automation workflows.
• Translate complex product problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution from feature definition through rollout and validation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Traffic Shaping product and its underlying systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Boston, MA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with comfort in data analysis (Excel, SQL).
• Technical curiosity and comfort with command-line tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Quantitative or technical background (Math, Statistics, Economics, CS, or Engineering).
