Compensation: Tier 2 (Chile) $137K–$170K, Tier 3 (Brazil, Colombia) $130K–$165K, Tier 4 (Dominican Rep.) $97K–$113K

What you will do

• Act as the primary owner for detecting, responding to, and resolving production incidents across the infrastructure.
• Own and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog, AWS, and Vercel to ensure high observability.
• Operate and maintain core platform systems across AWS, GCP, Vercel, GitHub, and Cloudflare.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to reduce deployment risk and increase release velocity.
• Improve local development environments and onboarding workflows to reduce friction for engineers.
• Partner with product engineering teams to provide guidance on infrastructure and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or SRE-focused roles.
• English proficiency level C1 or higher.
• Strong experience operating production systems on AWS (certifications strongly preferred), Vercel, and/or GCP.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and IAM.
• Proficiency with observability tooling, preferably Datadog.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, edge configuration).
• Experience with Agentic and LLM-based tooling and automations (Cursor, Claude Code, etc).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and handling PII/PHI sensitive data.
