What you will do

• Edit cinematic footage into polished short-form ads and social creatives for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Work with the creative strategist, media buyer, and content team to align edits with campaign goals and feedback.
• Use watch time, hook testing, and drop-off data to improve future creative iterations.
• Contribute to post-production creative decisions and suggest improvements that support campaign performance.
• Manage multiple projects with consistency, speed, attention to detail, and reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience editing short-form social video content.
• Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of pacing, structure, and visual aesthetics.
• A clean, refined editing style with a high-end, polished finish.
• Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with the dental or healthcare sector.
