Video Editor (Direct Response) (Health and Wellness): Editing high-volume short-form and long-form paid ads for direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands with an accent on hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, testimonials, UGC, advertorials, and VSL formats. Focus on building belief around non-visual health outcomes, iterating winning ads through new hooks and cutdowns, and using performance data to improve creative testing.
Location: Remote from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Romania, Poland, or Lithuania

What you will do
- Edit short-form and long-form direct-response ads from scripts and briefs for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Deliver approximately one five-minute long-form ad plus two to three short-form videos per working day, including iterations.
- Create new hooks, openings, cutdowns, re-orders, and format variations of winning ads.
- Build testimonial, UGC, advertorial, and VSL-style narratives for health and wellness products.
- Apply strong pacing, captions, sound design, pattern interrupts, and platform-native editing techniques.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the creative strategist, media buyer, and copywriter while maintaining briefs, versions, and delivery status in Asana.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands with real media-budget performance data.
- Fluency in short-form ad formats and long-form direct-response videos, including VSLs and advertorials.
- Experience sustaining high daily output in a creative testing environment.
- Working knowledge of hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, with a track record of using performance data to guide edits.
- Professional proficiency with a modern video editing stack and a reliable remote setup.
- Strong self-management and ability to work asynchronously in an output-measured environment.
