What you will do

• Build and maintain automated workflows, behavioral triggers, and time-based campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
• Personalize content and offers based on prospect data, engagement history, and ICP attributes.
• Orchestrate coordinated multichannel campaigns across email, social, paid media, SMS, and events.
• Implement cadence strategies and multi-touch sequencing to maximize response rates.
• Create reports and dashboards using attribution and tracking to measure channel effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless lead capture and assignment from web and social media sources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM.
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and behavior-based targeting.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR/CCPA.
• Fluent English proficiency and strong collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
