Salary: €69,600–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain sophisticated software solutions using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to drive requirements and system design.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Perform advanced refactoring and debugging to optimize system performance.
• Participate in agile processes and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
• Extensive experience with Spring, AWS, Microservices, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of React, React Native, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and API security (OWASP).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Background in iOS/Android development.
• Experience with large-scale or distributed web applications.
