What you will do

• Plan and execute global events, including conferences, hackathons, meetups, and partner activations.
• Coordinate stakeholders, executives, and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-impact brand experiences worldwide.
• Manage international logistics, including travel, accommodation, visas, and itineraries for internal teams.
• Handle event budgeting, vendor negotiations, and provide detailed financial reporting.
• Oversee the production and worldwide distribution of branded merchandise.
• Measure event success using KPIs and develop scalable event playbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end events in tech, startups, SaaS, gaming, or Web3.
• Proven track record of delivering complex international events involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Experience managing event budgets and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Confidence working directly with senior executives and external agencies.
• Outstanding communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience organizing developer hackathons or technical community events.
• Experience supporting product launches or ecosystem partnerships.
• Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event production.
• Experience working in Web3, blockchain, or the Solana ecosystem.
