Cybersecurity Manager (Exposure Management)

What you will do

• Lead a unified exposure management program integrating code, cloud, and infrastructure findings.
• Implement a CTEM cycle of scoping, discovery, prioritization, and remediation.
• Leverage AI and automation to optimize prioritization beyond standard CVSS metrics.
• Guide enterprise application security programs including secure development standards and CI/CD integration.
• Drive remediation outcomes by partnering with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Report risk-reduction metrics and exposure narratives to executive leadership and the CISO.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen to obtain required government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or application security.
• 1–2 years of team lead or management experience.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management platforms and application security concepts like SAST and DAST.
• No visa sponsorship available; must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience maturing a CTEM or exposure management program.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted security workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SANS GIAC.
