[EU] Payments Product Business Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the lifecycle of EU payment products, including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, wallets, fiat currencies, and stablecoins.
• Drive B2B client acquisition, support high-level sales pitches, and advise corporate clients on fiat and e-money token API integrations.
• Build strategic channel partnerships and translate market demand into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate technical teams, legal and compliance, AML, payments operations, sales, and external financial partners.
• Lead complex payment projects from initial setup through successful execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Payments EU or Managing Director of hirify.global Payments GmbH.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in banking, payments, or fintech as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Solutions Engineer.
• Strong commercial or pre-sales experience and proven ability to build and launch new products or businesses from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, stablecoins, e-money tokens, and digital wallets.
• Knowledge of EU financial regulations, AML, and KYC processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English and German are preferred; other European languages and Chinese are advantageous.
