What you will do

• Execute high-quality visual content using a hybrid of AI-driven and traditional VFX workflows.
• Solve complex technical and creative challenges across the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with compositing teams to ensure visual continuity, realism, and polish.
• Develop and refine controllable workflows using node-based systems like ComfyUI.
• Contribute to R&D efforts to test and integrate new AI tools into the studio pipeline.
• Ensure visual intent is maintained from concept through to final delivery.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Professional experience in high-end VFX, compositing, or CG production.
• Strong understanding of compositing workflows, shot finishing, and visual continuity.
• Experience with node-based AI workflow systems such as ComfyUI, Flora, or Weavy.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, realism, and color integration.
• Ability to work onsite in London.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Houdini.
• Coding or scripting experience (Python, workflow automation, or API integration).
• Experience with AI infrastructure platforms like FAL or Runware.
