What you will do

• Create high-quality, polished animations for characters, gameplay systems, and cinematics.
• Own complex animation tasks, including full-body, facial, and interactive animations.
• Direct and support motion capture shoots and refine captured data for in-game use.
• Collaborate with Designers and Programmers to ensure animations meet gameplay needs and technical constraints.
• Mentor junior and mid-level animators and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Identify and drive improvements to animation workflows, pipelines, and tools.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in game animation, focusing on characters, gameplay, or cinematics.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one game of a comparable scale to Football Manager.
• Proficiency in Unity is required.
• Experience with motion capture pipelines, including directing shoots and cleanup.
• Ability to balance high visual quality with real-time performance and technical constraints.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
