💰 Salary: $3000 - $6000 / month

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Drive growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business globally.
2️⃣ Build partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players.
3️⃣ Expand affiliate, IB, KOL, and channel partner networks to grow users and trading volume.
4️⃣ Work across product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute on strategy.
5️⃣ Track competitors, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in the US equities space.
6️⃣ Support go-to-market for new stock trading products and features.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 3+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms.
2️⃣ Strong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystem.
3️⃣ Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech companies, or institutional clients.
4️⃣ Proven track record driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth.
5️⃣ Fluent English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams.
💡 Strong plus:
1️⃣ Background at a global exchange, online brokerage, or fintech trading platform.
2️⃣ Familiarity with equities, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset products.
3️⃣ Experience running affiliate or IB growth programs.
