Salary: $73,600 - $110,400

What you will do

• Lead the creation, review, and approval of labeling components for new and commercialized products.
• Drive development of labeling design inputs, content specifications, and final artwork.
• Manage project timelines and identify risks to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality teams to resolve labeling challenges.
• Coordinate global translation activities to support international market registrations.
• Implement process and system improvements to enhance labeling quality and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 0 years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).
• Must be able to work onsite 4-5 days per week in Mounds View, MN.
• Proven knowledge of medical device labeling regulations and global compliance.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design and labeling tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience managing labeling or packaging projects in a regulated industry.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and automation for labeling efficiency.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
