What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate tests on EHV cable systems to evaluate their capability to withstand electrothermal stresses.
• Plan, prepare, and execute electrical qualification tests within the R&D Quattordio Laboratory.
• Perform homologation and R&D tests on EHV cable systems.
• Supervise accessory installation and coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing.
• Define test scheduling and lead related projects.
• Maintain continuous interfaces and relationships with clients, inspectors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electric, Electronic, Energy, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Decision-making attitude, critical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
