TL;DR
AI Software Engineering Professional (AI/LLM): Designing, building and deploying AI-powered solutions, agents and LLM applications for a major ERP transformation programme with an accent on agentic workflows, enterprise integrations and scalable software engineering. Focus on developing proof-of-concepts, integrating machine learning capabilities, translating business requirements into practical solutions, and aligning implementations with security, governance and architectural standards.
Location: Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the London, Bristol or Birmingham offices and 2 days remote.
Salary: £36,000–£45,000 per year plus BT benefits.

What you will do
- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for business problems across an ERP transformation programme.
- Build AI agents and agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks and platforms.
- Develop LLM-powered applications and integrate them with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with technical, business and product stakeholders to create scalable AI solutions.
- Create proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions across requirements gathering, testing, deployment, communications and change management.
- Write, test, review and maintain code while contributing to secure, governed and architecturally aligned technical designs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, building or implementing AI agents or agentic AI solutions.
- Experience developing applications with large language models and generative AI.
- Strong software engineering skills, including writing, testing and reviewing code; Python is preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI-powered technical solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini or related platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning, model deployment and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with SAP, SAP Joule, ERP transformation programmes, Agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
