What you will do

• Maintain equipment inventory and detailed records of equipment events.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform weekly EH&S compliance inspections and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Manage the receiving and distribution of external packages and ensure proper storage.
• Respond to laboratory tickets and equipment alarms promptly.
• Support continuous improvement of lab policies and procedures.

Requirements

• BS or BA in a related scientific field.
• Experience working in research laboratories and familiarity with operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of research techniques used in genomics and cancer biology.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and time management skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of laboratory operations.
