Motion Designer

Location: Paris or London; primarily in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Define and shape motion direction across products, websites, and brand communications.
• Design and animate web experiences, micro-interactions, and product animations that improve user experience.
• Create motion and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, and the website.
• Develop motion design principles, guidelines, and reusable animation systems.
• Work independently on end-to-end projects while collaborating with marketing, product, branding, and design teams.
• Build performant web animations using animated SVGs, Lottie, WebM, and related technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on graphic design or motion design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Ability to create motion, interaction, and animated visuals within an established brand identity.
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite; a portfolio is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Independent, proactive working style with meticulous attention to detail.
