TL;DR

Motion Designer (Web): Designing and animating high-quality web experiences, micro-interactions, and brand visuals for a privacy-focused software ecosystem with an accent on scalable motion systems and technical visualization. Focus on building performant animations using Lottie and SVG to enhance user experience across product and marketing channels.

Location: Paris or London. In-person collaboration is required.

What you will do

• Define and shape Proton's motion vision across product, web, and brand.
• Design and animate web experiences, micro-interactions, and product animations to improve UX.
• Produce high-quality motion and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and YouTube.
• Develop motion design principles, guidelines, and reusable animation systems.
• Create both motion and graphic design assets to strengthen the visual identity.
• Build performant web animations using modern formats like animated SVGs, Lottie, and WebM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic and motion design (portfolio required).
• Ability to create motion and interactive visuals within a defined brand identity.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• English: C1 level communication and presentation skills required.
• Self-motivated approach with meticulous attention to detail.
