Senior Graphic & Motion Designer

What you will do

• Own creative projects from concept through execution across global campaigns, reports, events, social content, and digital channels.
• Translate complex market data and technical B2B concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Lead graphic and motion design across digital platforms, print, out-of-home, and event experiences.
• Shape strategic creative ideas and evolve the visual brand while maintaining consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Communications, Data Visualisation, and Product Design.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and creative guidance.

Requirements

• Senior-level portfolio covering both static and motion design, with original thinking and end-to-end execution across multiple formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and static designs for campaigns, OOH, digital, print, and events.
• Ability to simplify complex data-heavy or technical information into visually engaging communications.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
• Familiarity with data, technology, commodities, or financial markets.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled creative workflows.
