2D/3D Motion Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end concept development for innovative marketing campaigns, from brief through completion.
• Create and oversee graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation, storyboarding, motion graphics, and animation.
• Develop compelling stories and commercial messages that balance user experience with business objectives.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, internal marketing teams, and client stakeholders.
• Present and defend creative ideas to senior stakeholders while influencing the creative direction.
• Guide junior team members and quality-control content for consistency in style, quality, and tone.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking across different channels.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative and video-production workflows, including Google Gemini/Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, Layer, or related platforms.
• Excellent skills in the Adobe package, storytelling, stakeholder management, communication, and project management.
• Experience with creative campaign development, concept presentation, graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation, and storyboarding.
• Strong interest in mobile games, gaming culture, creative trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Gaming experience.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, gameplay recording, and animation.
• Good illustration skills and social media expertise.
• Experience producing user-acquisition content.
• Interest in applying the latest innovations, including AI, to creative work.
