What you will do

• Drive the data & intelligence strategy, translating it into a roadmap for leadership.
• Connect data capabilities with business needs to create tangible value across teams.
• Collaborate with Product to integrate intelligence tightly into the customer experience.
• Define the team structure, service model, and data ownership standards for scalability.
• Implement a shift-left data governance strategy in collaboration with the Data Platform team.
• Integrate AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic decisioning, to serve customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or BI, with a track record of building and maturing data functions.
• Strong quantitative foundation to challenge assumptions and lead data scientists.
• Hands-on expertise with the modern data stack, specifically warehouse modeling and dbt.
• Proven experience shipping customer intelligence tools (segmentation, LTV, churn prediction).
• Ability to influence commercial and leadership peers and translate data into executive decisions.
• Pragmatic knowledge of data governance, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
