What you will do

• Coordinate IT risk control execution and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for audits and evidence submission.
• Monitor control performance and risk indicators, escalating delays to ensure timeline adherence.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including SOX, ITGC, and DORA.
• Collaborate with DevOps squads and engineering teams to embed risk and security controls into the delivery process.
• Drive the automation of manual controls to improve operational efficiency of risk processes.
• Develop risk dashboards and reports to provide visibility on control performance.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Risk, Security, Compliance, Controls, or IT Audit.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence technical stakeholders.
• English: B2 level minimum required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Katowice, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Skills in automation, scripting, or risk tooling.
• Certifications: ISC2 Cyber Security, PMP, or ING internal security certifications.
