What you will do

• Perform security reviews for internal projects and business initiatives.
• Conduct vendor security assessments and manage third-party risks.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and governance documentation.
• Plan and coordinate security awareness programs, including training and phishing simulations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize GRC processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, IT Governance, or Compliance.
• Experience conducting security assessments and developing governance documentation.
• Familiarity with security awareness programs and phishing simulation tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Basic scripting or workflow automation skills.
• Must be based in Poland.
