Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 4 days from office, 1 day from home

Salary: Up to 135 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Conduct documented assessments of existing cybersecurity tools.
• Focus on internal threat prevention, protection, and detection capabilities.
• Recommend, prioritize, and implement strategic technical adjustments to elevate security posture.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the enterprise Insider Threat Program.

Requirements

• Documented experience in a large-scale Cyber Security Insider Threat Program as an SME.
• Proven working experience within the EU financial or banking sector.
• Hands-on technical experience with cybersecurity tools and senior-level risk assessment skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum).
• Must be able to pass enhanced background checks and a security vetting interview.
