What you will do

• Coordinate and develop Security Business Partners across various business units.
• Define common working practices, performance expectations, and governance models.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable roadmaps, targets, and delivery plans.
• Manage the security portfolio, including KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and remediation programs.
• Identify recurring security problems and drive the implementation of shared capabilities.
• Support security integration for acquired and newly established business units.

Requirements

• Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.
• Proven management experience in cybersecurity within a complex technology organization.
• Experience leading senior security professionals in a matrix structure.
• Strong expertise in security planning, governance, and delivery management.
• Ability to influence executives and align stakeholders on security priorities.
• Experience managing security KPIs, OKRs, and remediation programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other highly regulated digital industries.
• Experience with federated security models or M&A integration.
