Technical Product Manager

What you will do

• Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
• Develop user stories and define clear acceptance criteria for development tasks.
• Set sprint goals and plan releases and upgrades.
• Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
• Analyze end-user preferences and requests to inform product decisions.
• Refine agile methodologies based on team results and client feedback.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Debrecen, Hungary.
