What you will do

• Own and operate production GKE clusters with a focus on networking, isolation, and autoscaling.
• Evolve GCP architecture to improve security, IAM, and network controls.
• Scale and optimize data-intensive systems like OpenSearch and PostgreSQL.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment tooling to improve developer experience.
• Strengthen production reliability through better observability, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks to support increasing AI workloads.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Strong software engineering skills with experience writing production code.
• Hands-on experience building and operating infrastructure on major cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking and security concepts.
• Experience operating distributed systems at scale.
