What you will do

• Architect and evolve the Internal Developer Platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Proactively identify and eliminate developer friction by tracking DX metrics like DORA and SPACE.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the platform, including intelligent code review and agentic automation.
• Embed security-by-design principles, including SAST, DAST, and supply chain integrity.
• Define SLOs/SLAs and lead incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Mentor peers and represent the DevXP team in architectural forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France.
• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps, with 3+ years at a senior or expert level.
• Proven track record of operating platforms at scale with fluency in TDD and trunk-based development.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, and GCP.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and observability stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical strategy without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, SBOM, SLSA, and policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno).
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and MLOps practices.
