What you will do

• Create and implement in-game cinematics using Unreal Engine tools.
• Use Sequencer to build narrative scenes and scripted events.
• Stage cameras, lighting, and character performances.
• Collaborate with Animation, VFX, Design, and Audio teams.
• Polish facial expressions, timing, and emotional beats.
• Optimize cinematic scenes for real-time performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating in-game cinematics or cutscenes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic work in real-time engines.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5) and Sequencer.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles including camera language, framing, and pacing.
• Experience working with character animation integration.
• Not hiring from the Russian Federation.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping a game with narrative cinematics.
• Knowledge of Control Rig and Blueprints in Unreal Engine.
• Experience with motion capture integration and facial animation workflows.
• Background in film or animation production.
