What you will do
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing KPIs to ensure stable payment performance.
- Investigate payment anomalies and resolve transactional issues.
- Optimize payment flows, provider distribution, and cashier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment operations.
- Ensure high-quality payment processes and successful traffic launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Billing/Payment Specialist or in online payments.
- Confidence in working with financial and transactional data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of online payment integrations, funnels, and payment flows.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for international communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
