What you will do
- Handle inbound telephone calls, live chat, and email correspondence for clients and candidates.
- Support onboarding and employment screening journeys within the Background Checking team.
- Apply a “Right First Time” approach to every customer interaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the screening process.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience with live chat.
- Ability to deliver positive customer experiences from the first interaction.
